  95. SCARYFISH V2 will run on just about any IBM PC-compatible / MS-DOS
  96. computer with at least 400K RAM (about 470K required for graphics modes).

  98. Hercules graphics modes.  SCARY286.EXE (faster and a bit less disk space
  99. than SCARY2.EXE) requires an 80286 or better processor.

  154. You can run the game from a floppy, but a hard drive has faster disk
  155. access.  All the game's files should be in the same directory, but if
  156. you run the game from a 360K floppy you can remove all the .TXT and
  157. .DOC files to make the essential files fit.  It's a good idea to give
  158. the game its own directory.  Installation example below with the
  159. master floppy disk in drive A and the hard drive C:

  165. If the game's files are archived/compressed, you must decompress them
  166. before running the game.  For example, make a new directory as above,
  167. copy the compressed file (name something like SCARY22.ZIP) into the
  168. directory, and decompress it.  If a file called SCARY22.EXE exists,
  169. type 'SCARY22' and it will self-extract (might be called INSTALL.EXE).

  171. To run the game, type 'SCARY2'.  If you have the 80286 version and the
  172. appropriate machine, type 'SCARY286'.  You only need one of the .EXE
  173. files in the working directory.

  179. within 30 days with an explanation that the disk is bad, and PMP 
  180. Software will send a replacement.  Otherwise, shareware lets you

  182. returns/refunds.  If the game doesn't run on your machine, let me 
  183. know (see READ.ME for support).  If you ordered the game directly 
  184. (preregistered) and it's impossible for it to work on your machine,
